Please note: We currently offer Standard Shipping on all orders and are diligently working to provide additional shipping options, such as Express Shipping and Next Day Shipping. We value your business and will keep you updated on new shipping methods as they become available.
LOCAL SHIPPING
The standard shipping method is via The United States Postal Service (USPS). Our processing time is 1-2 business days.
In most cases, your order will ship within 2 business days of processing. However, depending on the volume of orders, weekends, and holidays, you can expect delivery within 4-7 business days.
The shipping fee added to your order includes the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, insurance, and handling. Every package will include a tracking number. Once payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. When your item(s) are shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.
All shipping fees are paid by the customer unless an error was made by cozyglam staff.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The standard international shipping method is International Mail via USPS. Our processing time is 3 business days.
In most cases, your order will ship within 3 business days of processing. However, depending on the volume of orders, weekends, and holidays, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country. All required duties and fees are covered for shipping internationally. We recommend verifying with your country’s local postal service regarding any specific delivery requirements to ensure efficient and safe delivery.

We apologize in advance for any unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, inclement weather, government shutdowns, pandemics, or postal courier strikes, which may affect your delivery. We will work diligently to honor your request for a refund in such situations.
By ordering from www.cozyglam.com, you acknowledge and take full responsibility for custom fees or any additional fees incurred with the delivery of your package. In the rare event that your package is stuck in transit, lost, or stolen, please contact your local post office (800-ASK-USPS). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been checked in by the USPS.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please use the insurance you purchased through Route Package Protection to file a claim. You should have received a confirmation email from “Route” immediately after checkout with a link to file a claim. In case you cannot find the link, you can file a claim here:
