EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds.

All exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s).

If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please use the insurance you purchased through “Route Package Protection” to file a claim. You should have received a confirmation email from “Route” immediately after checkout with a link to file a claim. Route allows up to 30 days to file your claim. If you can’t find the link, here it is:

Once we receive your returned item(s) in new, unworn condition with tags and original packaging intact, and odor-free, store credits may be granted under special circumstances. All eligible store credit expires 60 days from the issue date. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Store credits are processed in a timely manner, and a 10% restock fee applies.

Please ensure that your shipping address and email address are correct at checkout, as our system automatically ships to the address provided.

All sales are final. Due to hygiene concerns, there are no exchanges on intimate items such as swimsuits, thong bodysuits, or any items that come into contact with the genitalia. Please carefully select sizes and colors when choosing an item (be sure to read the item description).

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss the return by emailing us at [email protected]. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

We do not accept returns on any items that have been washed, worn, or have had tags removed from the original packaging.

All shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the error was made by Silk Society Central staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All canceled orders will incur a 15% transaction fee. You must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order to cancel.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items that are purchased as part of sale orders, promo code orders, store credit orders, promotional deals, as well as swimsuits/bodysuits, crochet styles, white fabrics, fur, feathers, lace, and accessories, are final sale.
